I bought this camera over a year ago. It is work great ever since. I only had one problem with it and it's not an issue with the camera. Tree trimmers dropped a train limb on it and ever since then the autofocus is just a little bit off. You have to manually focus it in. But considering the size of the tree limb that was falling.. I'm super surprised that this camera survived much less is still working. Great price and durable camera
I liked the cam when put up. After 5 months the cam quit. I called customer service and after a few minutes I then had to use the power supply and show there was movement but no network activity. I was told by customer service I have to send them a video showing the cam not working. I showed the cam plugged into a POE switch and nothing. I moved it to another port and again nothing. Above is the video I sent to them.UPDATE: after two days and the Technical support is not helping but keep trying and wasting time. MY ROUTER DOES NOT SEE THE CAM. MY POE SWITCH does not see anything plugged into the port even when using external power. They keep asking to use the app and see it it comes up. How the heck is any IP address going to come up when it is not showing on the switch nor the router.Update: I did receive a complete refund for the camera. I am still out a replacement cam

It's disheartening to hear that the camera failed after just 6 months and that our technical support was unable to assist you effectively, causing you to waste so much of your valuable time.
We understand that you initially liked the camera when it was installed, but the subsequent issues with it quitting after 5 months and the difficulties in getting proper support are unacceptable. Requiring you to send a video showing the camera not working, especially when you had already demonstrated the lack of network activity through various means like plugging it into different ports of the POE switch and using external power, was clearly not a helpful approach on our part.
Our technical team should have been more proactive in diagnosing the problem based on the information you provided rather than repeatedly asking you to perform actions that didn't seem to lead to a resolution. The fact that neither your router nor the POE switch could detect the camera indicates a significant issue that we should have been able to address promptly.
We are glad that you received a full refund for the camera, but we recognize that you are still left without a replacement camera, which is an inconvenience we caused. We are taking steps to review and improve our technical support processes to ensure that such situations do not occur again in the future. Our goal is to provide not only reliable products but also efficient and effective support when our customers encounter problems.

Not worth it. Be careful hit and miss this was a MISS for sure. Missed return window.

I got the IP cam mounted and wired. So far so good. The picture quality is pretty good compared to other cameras I own. I love the PTZ feature. I am powering the camera locally because I had a electrical outlet close to where I mounted it. I plan on getting another one of these cameras for a different location which has no local electric outlet. I might ed this review to report on the POE feature when I do that.
This security camera is the best, and I've had many. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend the camera to anyone. I live in Las Vegas and it gets very hottt, 115+ degrees for days at a time, and this camera has held up in the heat just fine. The PTZ functions are superb. The motion detection is spot on. Also, their customer service department is great. They are very kind and helpful people. Thank you Jennov!

Très bon caméra.Placé en intérieur dans mon salon .La vision nocturne fonctionne très bien . La détection de mouvements également, capte aussi très bien les chats .La mémoire déjà fournis est suffisanteJ'avais peur que l'installation soit un calvaire . Rien du tout , très simple d'installation .Pour le orix je ne pense pas pourvoir trouver mieux
