Camera was awesome till it wasn’t. Disconnected from WiFi and won’t reconnect

waste of money
this camera is not a long term use it takes only weeks of use

There could be several reasons for this. It might be due to a manufacturing defect that wasn't initially apparent. We will look into this matter further to see if there are any known issues with this particular batch of cameras.
In the meantime, we'd like to offer you some possible troubleshooting steps. Firstly, check if the camera has been exposed to any extreme conditions such as excessive heat, humidity, or physical damage that could have affected its lifespan. Also, ensure that it has been updated with the latest firmware, as sometimes software glitches can cause premature degradation of performance.

No longer working
We purchased 3 cameras in June 2024. They worked great until a few days ago (Oct). All cameras disconnected from WiFi at the same time. Okay, not an issue. However, they do not reconnect to the WiFi again. Tested all methods for WiFi connect in the app (Soft-AP, QR code, Bluetooth, manual setup), none worked. I reset camera, removed device from app to add again, reset router and tried all again... nothing. No WiFi connection established. They seem broken to me the way they act during the setup process. Well, they were cheap....
We are sorry to hear that you have encountered such issues with the cameras you purchased in June 2024. This situation is indeed frustrating.
First of all, please make sure that your router's settings have not changed in any way that could prevent the cameras from reconnecting. Sometimes, router firmware updates or changes in security settings can cause such problems.
Regarding the fact that you have tried all the connection methods within the app without success, it might be possible that there is a compatibility issue that has emerged recently. We are currently looking into similar reports from other users to determine if there is a common cause.
Even though the cameras may have been relatively inexpensive, we still take the quality and functionality of our products seriously. We will do our best to assist you in resolving this problem. We suggest that you try using another device, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the cameras can connect to it. This will help us determine if the issue lies with your home router or the cameras themselves.

Works for short time
Worked well for a few months. Then all of a sudden the cameras disconnected from the internet. And no matter how much I try to reconnect them, they just won't reconnect. Says my password is incorrect. Which it isn't. I tried everything. All my other devices are connected with no problems. Disappointed.
