以前取り付けていたカメラが壊れたので購入しました。安価で画質が良いです。
テレビで映るようにしました。
アプリから見ても画質が良いです。
取り付けは業者にお願いしました。

I've had these cameras for over a year, and they are working perfectly. The image quality is crystal clear, and the sound is excellent. One feature I love is being able to use the mobile app to talk to my son when I'm not home - very convenient! The cameras also have a sleek design, and as long as you don't need to run the wires through walls, they are easy to install yourself. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with both the performance and the user-friendly setup of these cameras.

Cameras are tricky. I used 2 separate 16 camera systems and they were hardwired. Ran first system and labeled each cable. Got second system and labeled each.For some reason the systems bleed the cameras from outside system and inside system into each. Customer service that states "24/7" and something else it was far far far from!Wouldn't answer phone. Wouldn't respond to text until hours/ days later. I even told on phone the ONE time they did call me back that I was at a job and on customers time. Piss poor customer service. I eventually had to figure out on own, and got the cameras in order. That was 2 months ago, and the other day I looked and yet again another camera from outside is now on the inside again. I have to warranty this system and is a pain.

When I first bought this video surveillance package, they were pretty prompt. I've had issues pulling the video using the app and have contacted them over 10 times. I am still waiting for a response over a month later.

One of my original cameras failed, contacted Jennov explained the situation ,they modified a camera to suit my system , excellent new camera arrived now in and working perfectly many thanks Jennov.
