Was good at first then started to play up. Worked for 6 months I will have to invest in something that will last.

This was fantastic first 6 months, stopped working after.

I purchased 7 of these wifi cameras after testing several different types, but I liked all the features of this particular one, including the ability to have a light function to view remotely in the dark. The camera has great quality picture images, and very responsive to the direction movements via the AJ cloud app.I had these cameras along with many others I have from other manufacturers to keep an eye on my empty property, so quality was of great importance.However, 5 of the 7 cameras went off line recently and no amount of resetting would resolve them to reconnect to the Network.I only purchased in April 2024. So still in warranty but I really didn't have any hope of getting any help from a Chinese manufacturer, and was prepared to send to recycle centre.But I did do an online chat and via email regarding the issue, and I was totally amazed when I got connected via chat immediately, and was informed they identified a connection issue on this model. (Assuming after an automatic firmware upgrade).But because they was offline now, they sent me a link for a new firmware upgrade, put on a SD card and reboot with this new upgrade, and all was back on line within 15 minutes.Clear and consistent instructions and follow ups by their customer service was top notch and exemplary.In this day and age of multiple manufacturers of cheap budget cameras/products, Jenov after care service really upped their game and will give any major player a run for their money. Keep up this good work and it will do well.Highly recommended.!

At first it worked fine but the connectivity is not good and it has stopped working. I have tried troubleshooting and I took the device to another property and it still doesn’t work.
