ソーラー充電できない録画できない

JENNOVの監視カメラを以前購入して常時録画が気に行ってたのですがもっと広角な監視カメラが欲しくて当製品を購入しました。AJCLOUDアプリをそのまま使えるのかなと思ってましたが今回はCloudEdgeというアプリで共用できませんでした。なによりも常時録画ができないのと、さほど広角でないのが気になりました。しかし、映像がきれいで、ソーラー充電ができるのでしばらく使ってみたいと思います。
カメラの機能はすごくいいですが、反応しすぎるためか電力を多く使い太陽光だけではバッテリーがなくなります。隣にライトがあるのでそちらから電源取れないか悩み中です。
当社のホームセキュリティカメラ（ソーラーパネル付き、ワイヤレスアウトドア、2K、バッテリー駆動、WiFi 対応）をお使いいただき、「機能は良い」とおっしゃっていただき、大変嬉しく存じます。
ただ、お客様がおっしゃる通り、カメラの反応が強すぎることで電力を多く消費し、ソーラー光だけではバッテリーが切れてしまうという状況は、確かに不便で困ったことですね。また、隣にライトがあるとのことで、そこから電源を取れないかと悩まれているのも理解できます。
この問題について、当社の技術チームは直ちに調査を行います。反応感度の調整が可能なかったり、電力消費を抑える方法を検討して、バッテリーの持ち時間を延ばす対策を講じるようにしています。
一方で、隣のライトから電源を取ることに関しても、安全性や実現可能性などを考慮しながら、お客様にできるだけお役割立てることができるように考えます。ただし、このような改造や接続は、必ずしも安全であるとは限らないので、専門家の意見を求めるなど慎重に進めることをお勧めいたします。
